I was active at an early age. From the time I was about 9 to around 20, I played soccer outdoors on the weekends and in school. I always enjoyed being outside, riding a bike, and playing various sports with friends.
After school, I held different office jobs, but I wasn't sure about my career. I really wanted to work in the field of exercise and health, so I went on to become an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP).
As an AEP, I have the opportunity to meet many different people and help them improve their health through exercise. I've also worked as a personal trainer, providing personalised advice to enhance people's physical well-being.
I have a passion for long-distance running. I began running in 2011, and it was challenging at first. However, the benefits of running outweighed the challenges. I've completed several marathons and have participated in events like City2Surf and other fun runs. Running has become a fulfilling and significant part of my life.
I also enjoy watching sports, mainly the English Premier League (I'm a Chelsea FC supporter), AFL, and some Cricket. I enjoy playing video games and watching anything on Netflix or going to the cinemas. I enjoy a good cup of coffee and appreciate a quality bakery or café.
Looking forward, I'm excited about travelling with my family to explore new places and create lasting memories. One day, I hope to participate in an ultra-marathon event and get into cycling and swimming endurance.
I place great importance on being a part of strong teams in both my professional and personal life. Additionally, I value individual health and fitness, quality time spent with loved ones, and self-care to maintain a balanced lifestyle.
