Southwest Wellness Centre is looking for a highly passionate person part time, to run our front reception desk. We are looking for someone who loves a busy reception and fast paced environment, who has the ability to multi task and who has outstanding customer service.  The hours will be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 10.30am till 7.00pm

Southwest Wellness Centre is the largest health and wellness facility in the Southwest. Our centre provides the convenience of all your health services under one roof including, Physiotherapy,   Exercise Physiology, Dietetics, Psychology, Podiatry, Personal Training, Remedial Massage & Occupational Therapy.

We are looking for a receptionist/admin assist, who has a passion for health to run our reception desk, this includes;

  • Answering calls and assisting with enquiries
  • Meeting and greeting patients and visitors at the front desk
  • Liaising with patients, caregivers and allied health regarding enquiries, bookings, accounts and appointments.
  • Preparing and sending letters and associated paperwork to medical practices.
  • Administration duties regarding setting up rooms and maintaining the waiting room
  • Scan and file letters and results
  • Ensure the smooth running all appointments, including assisting practitioners to keep on schedule
  • Take payments from customers and provide receipts
  • Reconcile accounts and payments
  • Ensure reception is kept clean and maintained to the highest standards.

This is an integral and important role for our centre as the reception desk is the hub and central point of our facility. The successful candidate must therefore be highly organised, have excellent multi-tasking and problem solving skills, computer skills and have a genuine love of helping people and providing outstanding customer service.
